Bump fonts_repo_sha to the current google/fonts main and switch the SFD-modernized families to their new googlefonts/* .glyphs source repos (each with an in-repo sources/config.yaml), replacing the FontForge mirrors that relied on external google/fonts config.yaml overrides. (google/fonts#10684 and google/fonts#10685)
