I have enhanced the google-agents-cli-onboarding skill by adding advanced BigQuery ML diagnostics to evaluate agent reasoning paths. Additionally, I introduced a new CLI command agents-cli observe --export=bigquery to allow exporting execution logs and latency metrics directly into BigQuery for ML-driven evaluation
