Fix copy-paste bug. metermod and logmod both read OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_TRACES_PROTOCOL. Wrong signal. Now metermod reads OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_METRICS_PROTOCOL, logmod reads OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_LOGS_PROTOCOL.
