Summary
Reverts PR #20. The osv-scanner hang was a transient network issue, not a bug in the hook configuration.
The upstream
scan source --recursive .stays within the repo directory and completes in ~2 seconds. The lockfile-only scan from #20 loses vulnerability detection on source files.Restores the original configuration.
