Rock Classification

This is the artifact for our paper regarding rock classification currently under review. One published, we will add meta information.

The code written by us is publised under the Apache 2.0 License.

For setting up a python environment, consult the packages used in the conda_history.txt file.

Getting the data

Run './load-data.sh' to get the data directly from the GEOROC team: https://georoc.eu/georoc/new-start.asp

This repository does not containt the original data.

Run './run-pipeline.sh' to apply our scripts used for the paper on the data.
