This pull request addresses code quality issues found by flake8.

  1. Unused Imports: Removed base64 and render_template from app.py as they were imported but not used.
  2. Duplicate Code: Identified and removed a massive chunk (~900 lines) of duplicated private methods at the end of services/storage.py. These methods were identical to the ones defined earlier in the file, causing numerous F811 redefinition warnings.

Tests have been run and verified to pass successfully.
