microcai.github.io is microcai's personal blog; we shouldn't place the RSS there. I think it would be better to put it under the https://github.com/gentoo-zh-drafts organization.

I’m unsure if this is a good fit for RSS. One simple workaround is to run it on a schedule in another repository. Another option is to push it to another branch in this repository, like: https://github.com/microcai/gentoo-zh/tree/deps-table. For other ways, we would need to ask microcai.
