docs(retrospective): add project growth writeup

Summary

This PR starts a documentation track for organizing project understanding, practice notes, and personal growth materials in this repository.
The goal is to gradually organize content that can support:

• project retrospective and practice review
• architecture and main workflow analysis
• key feature and module understanding
• frontend-to-fullstack learning notes
• interview preparation and resume refinement
