The
cspellhook version has not been bumped up tov10.0.0due to it needing NodeJS 22.18.0. Theubuntu-latestimage we're using points to Ubuntu 24 which only has NodeJS 20.20.2. Sinceubuntu-latestwill soon(ish) be upgraded to Ubuntu 26, there's no point figuring out an alternative way to upgrade Node ourselves, or to forcepre-committo fall back tonodeenvinstead of global node.I've also tacked on a fix for a broken anchor to the Concourse CI docs, since it seems silly to do another PR.
