This PR deletes the dev.galasa.wrapping.io.kubernetes.client-java wrapping bundle as the io.kubernetes:client-java dependency is already an OSGi bundle. Dependencies on the wrapping bundle have been replaced with a dependency on io.kubernetes:client-java directly.
The exclusions on jackson-databind and netty-codec are not required in the dependencies in the Framework and Kubernetes Manager as client-java v26.0.1 no longer depends on either of these (see here).
