This PR contains a event category extension for the EEI as mentioned in issue #267.
One can now:
events.ymlfile with options like name, color and a flag to show indicators/ribbonsFor now, it looks like this...

The underlying code works well, even if I wrote it in the usual EEI style. But I am definitely not a web designer, so maybe someone else can make this PR look a bit nicer. :D
