This documentation says the repository includes a local_llm role and instructs users to run --tags local_llm, but the same commit’s playbooks/lab-stack.yml does not define any role/tag with that name. In this state, ansible-playbook ... --tags local_llm runs without installing Ollama/Open WebUI, which creates a silent false-success path for anyone following the setup docs.
