Remove one-off command grants (specific sed/node/gofmt/validate-frontmatter invocations, echo-exit noise, .wtest scratch, rm -f *, break, cat) and cross-project deuce-iaq paths that accumulated across recent sessions, keeping the durable generic patterns (git switch/cherry-pick *, docker exec *, gh auth *, npx eslint *, plugin reads, etc.). Collapse additionalDirectories to /tmp, dropping cross-project and stale run dirs.
