MODSOURMAN-1353: Remove relatedRecordVersion from quickMarc flow

Purpose

1. relatedRecordVersion is no longer expected in quickMarc flow.
2. All logic that relies on relatedRecordVersion is removed.
3. GET /change-manager/parsedRecords/{id}endpoint is deleted.
4. PUT /change-manager/parsedRecords/{id} endpoint is updated
