- Apply "C" prefix for customer external IDs and "R" prefix for representative/distributor external IDs as required by UWallet. - Ensure ByDesign RepDID is always prefixed with "R". - Remove redundant "R" prefixing from UPaymentsOrderPayloadGenerator to centralize prefix logic in the controller.
