Including the Blood Rot fix PR, this also adds a Lung Rot fix, as currently Lung Rot is only regarded as a Minor Injury, instead of a Serious or Potentially Fatal / Lethal disease. This seems incorrect, and results in pawns being given no meds during treatment.
