FloripaSat GRS Wiki
Ground Station (GRS) is the communication module of FloripaSat-I on Earth. It's responsible for communicating with the satellite and is composed by hardware and software. The components include antenna, transceiver, filters, amplifiers and a personal computer, with an orbital-prediction software (GQRX) and a custom mission control program.
Software
To decode the received data, a custom software is used. It is called FloripaSat-GRS and can receive packets in real time or from a recorded audio file.
This software can also transmit telecommands to the satellite.
