Resolves CVE-2025-61729 (HIGH) in Go stdlib crypto/x509. Updated Go from 1.24.0 (toolchain 1.25.8) to 1.25.0 (toolchain 1.25.9) in proxy/go.mod, matching the backend repository. Assisted-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit d036294)
