Update to 0.9.10

Hi!

I also updated the dependencies and the runtime.

However the source code of Fritzing is no longer updated at https://github.com/fritzing/fritzing-app but rather on one of the developer personal repository at https://github.com/hsoj/fritzing-app. I couldn't find any explanation from the team regarding that change, maybe it could be worth to ask the developers before merging this.
It seems to be the code used to make the official builds as every fixed bugs are referenced from a commit of the new repo (for instance fritzing/fritzing-app#3943 ).

@koko-ng The recent Fritzing code is on https://github.com/fritzing/fritzing-app , on the 'main' branch. Maybe hsoj intended to fix some bugs and created a develop branch for that on his fork. In general, we currently prefer not to be included on flathub, since the income from our official releases at https://fritzing.org is what keeps the development going. Development ceased in 2016 when the project did not have any funds, until we restarted it in 2019.

@KjellMorgenstern Flathub is planning to add payment system for apps in the future, you can probably ask here for status update.
In the meantime, if you don't want the app to be available on Flathub for free, you, as the app developer, can take ownership of this repo and suspend the app by marking it end-of-life.
