Fix KDE flatpak kwallet access

Hey there I attempted to use Element on KDE as a flatpak and it had trouble to access kwallet for encryption. After adding

--talk-name=org.kde.kwalletd5
--talk-name=org.kde.kwalletd6

Via KDEs flatpak permission screen Element was able to communicate with kwallet 6 (Plasma 6 and kwalletd5 for Plasma 5) and use encryption just fine.

Not sure if #530 would fix this issue already. If so feel free to close this PR.

I did not install this directly, I just added these manually with flatpak override. Did anyone else have issues with the login not sticking, i.e. after a PC restart I am back to the login screen.

Nope that works for me with these overrides just fine.

Well, it seems that I randomly get booted out, sometimes when I do not have internet connection initially and at the moment when I join one, e.g. on train wifis

Came here to make the same PR, I added them with Flatseal. Let's hope this is merged soon!
