Operations: remove run-history search box

Полишинг после #698 (эпик #697). Поисковая строка в истории прогонов оказалась лишней — убрал инпут, состояние query и плейсхолдер; notFound.hint обновлён (фильтр без поиска). Фильтры-чипы по статусу и выбор шага остаются. Логика поиска в runHistoryFilter (и её тесты) не тронута. pnpm build + 843 теста зелёные.
