Summary

• Remove CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS as a live dispatch precondition from execute/design/review/design-review dispatch docs.
• Document the legacy env var as deprecated/ignored and make execution.parallel_teams: false / --sequential the sequential opt-out.
• Update execute dispatch fixtures to assert config-gated sequential routing and default parallel behavior.
