- update README with Codex app/CLI setup, current tool coverage, and rate-limit guidance
- expand Figma MCP tool inventory and Code Connect context docs
- add black-box Codex eval suite, scorecard rubric, and task prompts
- cover missing FigJam + Make resource functionality
- verify against current Figma docs and run diff/whitespace checks
