Summary

  • refresh the README for Forge 0.14.0, current CLI flags, MCP Streamable HTTP, and the Goose workflow integration
  • align architecture, data-flow, and token-conservation specs with the shipped MCP, checklist, ingestion, and security-analysis surfaces
  • label historical feature plans that have shipped, while retaining their design rationale

Validation

  • cargo fmt --all -- --check
  • cargo test -p forge-checklist-state
  • cargo test -p forge-mcp-server --lib
  • jq empty integrations/goose/forge/plugin.json
  • git diff --check
