Overview
Adds the desktop 1.0.31 changelog entry at
packages/changelog/content/1.0.31.md, documenting shipped improvements for reviewers and users.Meetings: a General setting to show or hide the floating meeting bar while listening, and earlier capture of the meeting app on manual recordings so auto-stop still works when the mic is released.
Audio & storage: upgraded installs that had disabled saved recordings keep that preference instead of defaulting to one-month retention; changing audio retention now syncs the legacy saved-recordings preference for existing data.
Menu bar: refreshed icon using the lowercase Anarlog mark for idle, recording, degraded, and update states.
