Why

i noticed that if we ask agent "implement a mobile app using expo". that prompt would likely not triggering anything. that is because our current skills are scattered and each description isn't strong enough to indicate that's for expo generic skill.

How

  • add an expo-overview skill that acts as a router and links to other skills. its description has generic description.
  • also add ci github check to make sure new skill should be added to the expo-overview skill
