The spec is based on George Pîrlea's raft TLA+ spec (https://github.com/dranov/raft-tla/blob/master/tlc_membership/raft.tla) and inspired by the innovative work in Microsoft CCF's TLA+ spec (https://github.com/microsoft/CCF/tree/main/tla/consensus).
The spec is refactored into two parts, etcdraft.tla and MCetcdraft.tla.
etcdraft.tla is the core spec that includes raft states, transitions, and also etcd specific reconfiguration actions.
MCetcdraft.tla contains all model checker relevant constraints for the good of spec readability and future expanding.
