Great presentation. As I mentioned, it is a really big topic that even hundreds of economists are still debating for half a century.. So maybe instead of targeting at an ultimate answer to whether min wage increases or decreases employment and welfare, you can try a more analytics approach. Say, creating a dashboard which could return some visualizations based on states or cities selected with maps etc. Combining it with # of employers and # jobos in the area could be interesting too.
