Absolutely fantastic topic. Your topic reminded me of connections between dance and sports since both involve injuries at certain ages. I think many data scientists get into sports so sports analytics is a pretty big field now, but not many data scientists have gotten into dance, so you have a huge advantage here in providing novel results. I would definitely schedule an appointment with the dance faculty to discuss your findings and get their feedback.

I would also try to get more information about what kinds of injuries are worse, and if there are certain patterns, like if it's because the dancer didn't warm up properly, or they over-practiced etc. You could work with CPYB for this.

Another source you could try is physical therapy, if dancers typically get pt etc.

Laslty, you could try text analysis using the descriptions provided in your narrative columns.
