Read the comfort floor level (0-3) from byte 39 of the sIT600TH:Schedule
blob and expose it as ClimateDevice.comfort_floor_level.
Add set_climate_device_comfort_floor_level(): sets the level via the
sIT600I:SetCommand_d command channel ("B11" + modified Schedule blob with
an incremented sequence counter; the two trailing bytes derive from the
sequence counter, not a content checksum). Verified against a live SQ610RF.
Bump version to 0.5.2.
