Introduced notification-device junction table (DM_NOTIFICATION_DEVICE) and structured notification context storage. Added render-on-read notification generation, device-aware notification purging during permanent device deletion, SSE payload rendering, and database schema updates across all supported databases. Notifications are retained for batch operations when linked devices remain and removed only when no associated devices exist.
