Fix mobile restore parity and native vault integration

Summary

• Add missing iOS native module/resource target membership and make Android/JS vault reset ordering retry-safe.
• Start/register wallet sync across session lifecycle, identity creation/import, and recovery restore; perform post-restore pull/register/push sequencing.
• Add portable identity backup import/export, identity details/edit/delete, and public-profile DID search parity with the web wallet.
