i build software for the people buying and selling homes, and the agents who guide them. lately that is real-time collaboration and the ai features in a crm, at luxury presence.

i keep picking up things i do not understand yet: sync, encryption, whatever windows is doing with the clipboard. rust and typescript, software architecture, and how much of a product an llm can actually carry.
