Calendars are caldav stored at https://caldav.icloud.com
Contacts are carddav stored at https://contacts.icloud.com
iCloud mail is IMAP. Up-to-date info is here. Otherwise use the following:
IMAP info:
Server name: imap.mail.me.com
SSL Required: Yes
Port: 993
SMTP info:
Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
SSL Required: Yes
Port: 587
SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
Reminders is now a proprietary format
