Summary

Declares the destructive field on ApiRegistryDefinition. Generated API definitions already emit it, so exposing it on the public type lets consumers read definition.destructive directly instead of casting.

@JoshMock Let me know if this needs to be a feat over a fix for semver correctness given the breaking type change. It wasn't exported or anything, so less likely to be an issue. But alternatively I can make destructive optional.
