Document Fleet enrollment token filters and bulk revoke/delete actions

Summary

This PR updates the Fleet enrollment tokens doc:

• Adds a Filter enrollment tokens section
• Adds a Delete enrollment tokens section
• Adds a Revoke or delete multiple enrollment tokens section
• Updates the Revoke enrollment tokens section to make it a single shared procedure with inline {applies_to} badges to handle the UI difference between 9.0–9.4 and 9.5+.
• Removes all screenshots. Reasons:
  • The Enrollment tokens UI is simple enough that step-by-step text plus icons conveys it more clearly than screenshots.
  • Lower maintenance — screenshots go stale on every visual refresh.
  • Better accessibility (icons render inline in the procedure rather than via alt text) and better mobile readability.
• Makes some small fixes throughout the doc (metadata description, using active voice, improving accessibility, etc.)
