The theme provides 3 colour variants:

white (default)
blue
gray

You can select any colour theme with

\usecolortheme[blue]{VGTU}
\usecolortheme[gray]{VGTU}
\usecolortheme[white]{VGTU}
\usecolortheme{VGTU} % white is the default
