Issue: "https://github.com/sciann/sciann/issues/43"
I think it will be good to have an option to pass a list of activations in the sciann.Functional, just for flexibility (and I have tested that mixed/different activation does help in convergence. This is also claimed in this Paper) and a parameter, something like "rowdy_net" (True/False) can also be added which would be applicable only if a list of activations are passed.
