Upgrade tryton to v7, simplify its usage

This PR updates

• tryton to v7, and
• postgres to v16

Further to that,

• I added a postgres healthcheck, which makes starting up less noisy by avoiding connection errors to the database.
• the initial setup is now simpler, as the upgrade migrates the database already, so all that is left to do is to set the admin password.
