Closing: typescript-eslint@8.63.0 caps peer dep at typescript>=4.8.4 <6.1.0, so TS 7.0.2 fails npm ci (ERESOLVE) before any build step runs. Not a code issue on our side — will reopen automatically once typescript-eslint ships TS7 support.
