💡 What: Passed plans into check_source_transform_readiness and verify_public_source_transform_scripts to avoid reloading YAML multiple times.
🎯 Why: Reduces O(N) YAML IO file parsing.
📊 Measured Improvement: Benchmarked main(['--require-raw']) which went from ~0.23 seconds to ~0.017 seconds per run, ~13x faster overall for this task.
