Description
Update system-level test configs to be in sync with main of anemoi-core. Training tests were failing with pydantic errors for training.recompile_limit: https://github.com/ecmwf/anemoi/actions/runs/30052901150
As a contributor to the Anemoi framework, please ensure that your changes include unit tests, updates to any affected dependencies and documentation, and have been tested in a parallel setting (i.e., with multiple GPUs).
