Cut v0.4.5. Two changes ship in this release:

• PDF to editable format prompt #60 — post-run summary reframe (reported by @JamieP44, shipped via fix: lead post-run summary with editing the wording, not the look (#60) #61). Phase 9 summary now leads with the editable .md sources for editing the wording, instead of "tweak the look" pointing at fonts and spacing.
• v0.5: Aggressive SKILL.md simplification via multi-LLM pipeline #58 — SKILL.md compression (-33%, shipped via shrink: SKILL.md 1,587 → 1,062 lines (Claude draft for #58) #59). Frees headroom inside OpenCode's tool-output cap, no weak-model prescriptions dropped.
