- Extract launcher subprocess logic from menu display code - Deprecate --menu and --menu-command in favor of --launcher and --launcher-command - Update docs and code to use "launcher" instead of "menu" when referring to stdin-mode applications

Replaces per-launcher signal handlers with a single global handler that tracks the active launcher's PID. This avoids race conditions where signals targeted old processes, ensuring external termination signals stop both the active launcher and `bzmenu`.
Replaces `futures` with `futures-util` and enables only the features in use.
Unifies launcher hint texts under a `{hint}` placeholder with deprecation warnings. Simplifies custom command execution by pre-parsing arguments during command creation.
Enables only the tokio features in use.
