FormatUiModuleincom.avaloq.tools.ddk.xtext.format.uito Java 21 per the xtend-to-java skill. Module fully off Xtend:xtend-gen/removed; MANIFEST.MF drops xtend/xbase.lib; build.properties/.classpath/.project cleaned. Behaviour preserved.Part of a phased, one-module-per-PR Xtend→Java migration.
