Enhances manual article upload by introducing an author search field, making it easier to find and select authors. Updates the author and co-author selection interfaces for better usability.
2 3 Initializes pagination state directly from URL/storage to prevent 4 a race condition where the default state would overwrite the URL 5 on component mount. Also adds checks to avoid redundant URL 6 updates that were causing the page to reset when returning 7 from manuscript details.
