The first release of the Minecraft_Simple_IP_Bot plug-in!

Like mentioned in README this plug-in, is a discord bot integrated to your modded Minecraft dedicated server. It is intended for people who want to be informed when their public IP changes so they can still connect on their server remotely.

This release was possible thanks to @tomasalias because I simply don't have the coding skills :P
