ChargeNG is a two-sided marketplace platform connecting EV drivers with charging station operators across Nigeria — starting in Abuja.
Two groups, one platform:
- EV Drivers — find the nearest charging station, see live pricing, pay through the app
- Station Operators — list their station for free, manage pricing and availability, receive payments automatically
The platform earns a commission on every transaction processed through the app. Station operators pay nothing to list — they only pay when the platform brings them a paying customer.
EV adoption in Abuja is growing, but the charging infrastructure is fragmented:
- No central directory of charging locations
- Pricing is inconsistent and opaque
- Drivers don't know if a station is available before driving there
- Station operators have no digital presence or payment tooling
