- Added functionality to export CA's custom video file .ca_vp8 (which doesn't contain the corresponding audio) to WebM videos with the corresponding movie audio, or just IVF video with no audio (RPFM converts IVF to CAVP8 so that's why this is supported).
- Reorganised some audio file format stuff.
