I have polished the root README.md to transform the repository into a public portfolio/workbench. The README now clearly explains the repository's purpose, links to key deliverables and offers, and includes a service catalog with pricing. I also implemented a security and privacy section to reassure visitors about data handling. To ensure all links in the README are functional, I initialized the directory structure and added placeholder files where necessary.
